Through an encrypted credentials vault inside the app. You can grant a temporary admin user, SFTP, or hosting access, and revoke it the moment the job is done.

### What if my job does not fit a package?

Order the closest package and add a note, or request a custom quote from the app. If the work is bigger than the package, we tell you before starting and you choose whether to upgrade.

### Do you work on staging first?

Yes, for any change that touches design, plugins, or code. You review on a staging copy and approve before anything reaches your live site.

### What is the guarantee?

If we cannot deliver the scope you bought, you get your money back. If something we changed breaks within 14 days, we fix it free.
