What do the developer hours cover?
Anything in the catalog’s scope or outside it: fixes, content changes, small features, plugin work. Log the request in the app and it is worked from your monthly hours. Unused hours roll over for one month.
What happens if I run out of hours?
You can buy extra hours at the plan rate or order catalog services at your plan discount. We always ask before going over.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel from the billing page before your renewal date.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes apply from your next billing date, or immediately for upgrades if you prefer.
