FAQ
What happens after I check out?
You land in the WP Services app with a short intake form for that service. Once the brief and access are in, the delivery clock starts, a project owner is assigned, and you can follow the work and message the team from your dashboard.
How do you get access to my site?
Through an encrypted credentials vault inside the app. You can grant a temporary admin user, SFTP, or hosting access, and revoke it the moment the job is done.
What if my job does not fit a package?
Order the closest package and add a note, or request a custom quote from the app. If the work is bigger than the package, we tell you before starting and you choose whether to upgrade.
Do you work on staging first?
Yes, for any change that touches design, plugins, or code. You review on a staging copy and approve before anything reaches your live site.
