About this task

WordPress shows the critical-error screen when a fatal PHP error stops a page loading, and it often locks you out of the admin too. We read the error logs and recovery-mode email, find the plugin, theme, or server change that caused it, fix it, and bring the site back without losing content.

What we need from you

  • The URL that shows the error
  • Hosting or SFTP access
  • WordPress admin access, if it still works

How your order runs

  1. 1

    Find the job

Search for what’s wrong or what you need. Services show their price; tasks show the hours they usually take.

  2. 2

    Check out

Choose an option, tell us which site, and pay through Stripe in the WP Services app. Hourly tasks are booked as developer hours.

  3. 3

    Watch it get done

Your order gets a live tracker and a direct line to the team working on it, from start to finish.

Questions

How do hourly tasks work?

Each task lists the hours that job usually takes and what that costs at $129 an hour. You book developer hours in the app, then tell the team which tasks to use them on. If a job looks bigger than its estimate, the team tells you before going past the hours you bought.

Which block of hours should I buy?

Add up the estimates for the tasks you need. One hour is $129; bigger blocks cost less per hour: 4 hours for $479, 8 for $879, 12 for $1,199, 20 for $1,799, and 40 for $3,299 (about $82 an hour).

What happens after I pay?

Your order shows up in the WP Services app with a live tracker and a direct line to the people working on it. Sign in any time to see where it stands or send a message.
