About this task
A 500 error means the server gave up before WordPress could say why. We check the server and PHP error logs, then fix whatever is behind it: a corrupt .htaccess file, an exhausted memory limit, a failing plugin, file permissions, or a PHP version mismatch.
What we need from you
- Hosting control panel or SFTP access
- WordPress admin access, if it still works

Questions
How do hourly tasks work?
Each task lists the hours that job usually takes and what that costs at $129 an hour. You book developer hours in the app, then tell the team which tasks to use them on. If a job looks bigger than its estimate, the team tells you before going past the hours you bought.
Which block of hours should I buy?
Add up the estimates for the tasks you need. One hour is $129; bigger blocks cost less per hour: 4 hours for $479, 8 for $879, 12 for $1,199, 20 for $1,799, and 40 for $3,299 (about $82 an hour).
What happens after I pay?
Your order shows up in the WP Services app with a live tracker and a direct line to the people working on it. Sign in any time to see where it stands or send a message.
