About this task

This error means WordPress can’t reach its database, so every page is down. We check the credentials in wp-config.php, the database server, and the tables themselves, repair what is corrupt, and bring the site back. If the database is lost, we restore it from your latest good backup.

What we need from you

  • Hosting control panel or SFTP access
  • Database access (phpMyAdmin or similar)

Questions

How do hourly tasks work?

Each task lists the hours that job usually takes and what that costs at $129 an hour. You book developer hours in the app, then tell the team which tasks to use them on. If a job looks bigger than its estimate, the team tells you before going past the hours you bought.

Which block of hours should I buy?

Add up the estimates for the tasks you need. One hour is $129; bigger blocks cost less per hour: 4 hours for $479, 8 for $879, 12 for $1,199, 20 for $1,799, and 40 for $3,299 (about $82 an hour).

What happens after I pay?

Your order shows up in the WP Services app with a live tracker and a direct line to the people working on it. Sign in any time to see where it stands or send a message.
