About this task
A timeout means your server took too long to answer, usually because a plugin or script is too heavy for the hosting plan’s limits. We profile what runs on the slow requests, fix or replace the culprit, raise the limits where it is safe, and tell you plainly if the hosting itself is the problem.
What we need from you

Questions
How do hourly tasks work?
Each task lists the hours that job usually takes and what that costs at $129 an hour. You book developer hours in the app, then tell the team which tasks to use them on. If a job looks bigger than its estimate, the team tells you before going past the hours you bought.
Which block of hours should I buy?
Add up the estimates for the tasks you need. One hour is $129; bigger blocks cost less per hour: 4 hours for $479, 8 for $879, 12 for $1,199, 20 for $1,799, and 40 for $3,299 (about $82 an hour).
What happens after I pay?
