When wp-admin won’t load or won’t let you in, we find out why: a login redirect loop, a security plugin lockout, a lost admin account, broken cookies, or a hack. We restore your access, check that no unknown admins were added, and secure the login so it doesn’t happen again.

Questions
How do hourly tasks work?
Each task lists the hours that job usually takes and what that costs at $129 an hour. You book developer hours in the app, then tell the team which tasks to use them on. If a job looks bigger than its estimate, the team tells you before going past the hours you bought.
Which block of hours should I buy?
Add up the estimates for the tasks you need. One hour is $129; bigger blocks cost less per hour: 4 hours for $479, 8 for $879, 12 for $1,199, 20 for $1,799, and 40 for $3,299 (about $82 an hour).
What happens after I pay?
